On the morning of Nov. 8, Fast Eaton (Xi’an) Powertrain System Co., Ltd. and Fast Eaton (Baoji) LD Transmission Co., Ltd. respectively held the meeting of the board of directors in Xi’an. Mr. Yan Jianbo, Party Secretary and Chairman of Fast Group, Mr. Joao Faria, President of Eaton Automotive Group, Mr. Wang Shunli, Mr. Mark Schneider, Mr. Yang Bo, Mrs. Zhang Jie, Mrs. Wang Xiuju and other relevant leaders attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Chairman Yan Jianbo stressed that with the joint efforts of Fast and Eaton, the JV company has a clear goal, steady development and smooth progress in all the work and has made new breakthroughs. Facing the unpredictable market, the company always adheres to the concept that product and quality are the utmost importance, improves operation efficiency and quality, controls the five aspects aspects of capital occupying, personnel assignment, quality management, laws and regulations and cost control to prevent input risk and keep a stable development to achieve win-win cooperation. 

President Joao Faria spoke highly of the cooperation between the two sides and said that Eaton will further deepen the cooperative relationship with Fast, expand the cooperation areas, adapt to the globalization of the market and constantly meet the market demand. The meeting heard and deliberated the topics related to the development of the JV company and the work reports on the production, operation and financial situation, analyzed and discussed the development plan and operation management of the JV company in the next five years, and determined the time and place for the next board meeting.
